Sometimes, life gets so hectic that we speed right past all the really cool things that happen. Although I journal daily at least three things I am grateful for during the week, I previously kept them private. That changes today.

A few things my Daily Gratitude from the past week:

  1. Suede chukka boots: they are comfortable, great for summer heat and humidity, look great dressed up and dressed down. The boots have a pretty cool history, which you can read about via Gentleman’s Gazette.
  2. My team at work for introducing me to Takis Chips: the hotter and spicier the better, and I can’t stop eating them; be warned, however, as one serving is 13 pieces and contains approximately 420 milligrams of sodium.
  3. Freshly squeezed tangerine juice: goes great with Takis Chips, #NomNom; reminds me of when I lived in Florida and would go to the backyard and cut down some tangerines and squeeze them to make juice.
  4. Ted Lasso on Apple TV: it is the jolt of positivity I need, and I am happy to binge it as needed; this week the Christmas episode for season 2 dropped, Christmas in August…it is like the producers are in my head and soul.

There you have it, from this week’s list of Daily Gratitude. Be good to one another.
